Prints a list of productions that have instantiations in the match set, i.e.,
those productions that will retract or fire in the next elaboration cycle.

SYNTAX

(ms [level])

   * level=0 (the default): just prints the production names.
   * level=1:  prints production names plus working memory element timetags
   * level=2:  prints production names plus working memory elements
