I found no reference on AAL 2 in the document. I realize that its definition
has been somewhat recent. For intersystem cellular applications, the
operation of AAL 2's over satellite may be needed for IMT-2000.
Implementation convergence may occur such that all IMT-2000 traffic is
transmitted using AAL2, including TCP.
Are you planning on including text describing special requirements it may
need over satellite?
