ACCOMODATIONS ARRANGEMENTS

Here is the news about the hotel in order to make reservations. We have a block of rooms held for the Davis/Baer Wedding at the Antler’s (the location of the reception and blocks from the church and out-of-towners activity). The rooms are held starting the Monday before the wedding and continuing through to Sunday afterwards. Any additional rooms or days are available at the same price we just gave them a minumum of rooms needed. There will be an out-of-towners activity on Friday evening in case you would be coming into town by Friday. (We would love it. Should be a lot of fun.) There is a good possibility of a Sunday morning activity as well. The wedding should be late afternoon on Saturday if that helps with making plane reservations.

In order to book a room at the Antler’s Hotel downtown Colorado Springs call: 719-473-5600, reference the Davis/Baer wedding and they will reserve your room from the batch for $69 a night. The sales manager I spoke with assured me that nothing would be charged on your credit cards until check-out but that it is important to make the reservation sooner rather than later. He also recommended that you request a "corner king" room because he thinks those are the best, they have two walls of windows. He also said you are welcome to request "mountain" or "city" views.
