IITSEC’06 Committee Calls for Papers

 

Research and Development –

Pure and applied R&D papers based on sound scientific principles of investigation.

This subcommittee is seeking papers reporting on pioneering R&D efforts in modeling, simulation and training systems. Candidate papers should include an innovative concept, its relevance to modeling, simulation or training, a literature search, discussion of methodology, presentation of the results, and detailed conclusions. In reviewing these papers, this subcommittee is especially interested in innovative concepts that advance the technology, coupled with specific evaluative efforts. Lower consideration may be given to the presentation of major progress in innovative concepts research that is well defined and currently funded, but has not reached the evaluative stage. Innovative concepts without research in progress will not be considered.
