A standing, intelligence operations test-bed
using entity level computer simulation is a highly desirable
asset that will enable the effective analyses and development of
new intelligence sensors, platforms, and techniques. It will
also improve the efficiency of command and control of these
assets in Network Centric Warfare. The
need for this analysis
and development has been persuasively argued elsewhere. We
argue in favor of the establishment of a National Intelligence
Simulation Center. |
