Projects
This is a list of some of the projects I have worked on at USC.
- mpidag, a tool for running DAG-structured scientific workflows as MPI jobs on HPC clusters.
- Wrangler, a tool for deploying complex, distributed applications on infrastructure clouds such as Amazon EC2
- Corral, a tool for provisioning resources on the grid using Condor glideins (pilot jobs) that can be used to improve the performance of scientific workflows
- Pegasus, a set of tools for mapping scientific workflows onto distributed resources on the Grid
- CyberShake, a large-scale workflow application developed by SCEC for seismic hazard analysis
