Welcome to my homepage! My name is Xue Cai. I am a second year Ph.D. student in Computer Science Department at University of Southern California (USC) . Currently I am working on Internet Measurement at USC Information Sciences Institute (ISI). My advisor is Prof. John Heidemann.

My research interests include Computer Network, Internet Traffic Analysis, Internet Topology, Internet Usage, Spectral Analysis, and Computer Security. I am affiliated with the USC Analysis of Network Traffic (ANT) group.

 

What's new?

- 08/22/2008, I just attended ACM SIGCOMM'08 at Seattle, Washington. We had a poster[pdf] there talking about how we classify Internet address blocks by active probing.
