Teaching:

In fall 2011, I was the Teaching Assistant (TA) of CSCI 551 Computer Communications. Students will read many good papersand finish three projects in this cource. It's a great cource to gain hand-on experience of system and network programming as well as fundemental knowledge of computer networks.

The course projects are different almost every year. The one during my TA is to implement Chord, a protocol for peer-to-peer distributed hash table. This cource project is very interesting because distributed hash tables have been used in many modern large distributed systems and finishing the project will help you understand the basic principles behind those large systems.
