Thuy has been associated with the University of Southern California for much of her adult life. She earned her B.A. in Economics at the Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences and went on to work as an Administrative Assistant and Budget/Business Analyst for the Department of Family Medicine at the USC Keck School of Medicine. There, she was introduced to research administration and fostered an interest in project management. At ISI, she is a Financial Analyst for the Computational Systems & Technology division. She is also currently a candidate for the Master of Science in Project Management at USC Bovard College.
