Bio is: Joseph Lim is an Assistant Professor in Computer Science. He was a postdoctoral researcher at Stanford University. He received a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he was advised by Professor Antonio Torralba. His research interests are in computer vision and machine learning. Specifically, this involves studying problems such as learning predictive models, deep reinforcement learning, self-supervised learning, domain adaptation, transfer learning, and multi-task/modal learning. Specific applications include computer vision, robotics, augmented reality, and human-AI interaction.
