Blue Fever is building an empathetic AI named "Blue" in the pocket of nearly 100,000 young women across the US. Our users text "Blue" who listens like a friend or big sister to recommend content (videos, music, self help articles) based on the user's emotional need. Blue Fever aims to help develop young women's EQs so they can best navigate their evolving identities and relationships in an increasingly digital world. The team has recently closed a seed funding round in order to expand their tech team.

Lauren Tracy

Lauren is Co-founder and Head of Product at Blue Fever: A messaging platform that acts as a “big sister” to young women – curating the internet safely, based on their emotions. Blue Fever is backed by the prestigious startup accelerator Techstars. Prior to Blue Fever, Lauren co-founded the distribution company X-Factor Films that sold short movies and shows starring women to Fullscreen, Sundance Now and AMC. She was responsible for UX and UI of the company's website. Before that, she was a film director and editor for short films/series, TV pilots, feature films, ads and music videos. After becoming aware of the lack of women in media while attending film school, Lauren founded an organization that brought financial awards to female filmmakers: Collaborators included NYU, Avid and Oscar-winning director Kathryn Bigelow (THE HURT LOCKER, ZERO DARK THIRTY). Lauren has produced over 20 video projects and was a finalist in Lionsgate's 2015 ‘New Voices of the Twilight Saga’ filmmaker competition. Lauren was the speaker at her university’s graduation alongside the CEO of Xerox, Ursula Burns.

Jason Moore
Deep background leading product and technical teams developing apps and creating interactive brand experiences. Launched apps in the "cloud" before the "cloud" existed. Passionate about applying Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning to help people thrive in the modern world
Lofty's AI system seeks to use a diverse range of data from social media, google street view, weather patterns and sattelite images to predict the best locations and properties for real estate investments that are statistically likely to yield above average returns for investors. The company was built with bootstrapped funding, but has started receiving 4-5k monthly re-occruring revenue from early customers. Lofty is currently seeking to raise 100-250k in pre-seed funding to retain talent and further develop its core technology.
Jerry Chiu, Lofty AI
I am the CEO and co-founder at Lofty AI. Prior to founding Lofty, I worked at Barclays in New York in their treasury risk department as a quantitative risk analyst. I have a B.S in Mathematics/Economics from USC and a M.S in Financial Engineering from the Claremont Graduate School.
