same-as [Relation]


Purpose

The same-as relation tests whether two sets are equivalent.

Syntax

same-as set1 set2

Domain

The set1 argument is a list of objects.

Range

The set2 argument is a list of objects.

Remarks

This relation uses Lisp equal to test equality.

The same-as relation is semantically related to, but syntactically distinct from, the :same-as concept-forming operator (see defconcept Remarks).
