Rajib,
      Take a look at ns documentation (1.2.4 command methods) which
describes how to invoke c++ methods from tcl.

you can also take a look at route.cc and ns-route.tcl files for example of
how the routing computation is done in c++ and is used by the interpreted
object "routelogic" in tcl.
