Don't set opt(e) in the script.

LanLink instproc create-error { src dstlist emname rate unit {trans ""}} is 
in tcl/lan/ns-lan.tcl  (if it isn't for you, then you may need to download 
the current snapshot and upgrade from the last official ns release).
