Output Question-Please Help

It would be appreciated if you can help. I could not find the info in
the manual.

1) In ns manual, the +, -, d are mentioned as the first column in the
trace,
but in out-bw, I could not find the how to fully interpret the
following output.

out.bw
tcp.0.0.1.0 99.158800 XXX 7.361929 58.895428
tcp.0.1.2.0 99.989700 XXX 6.630683 53.045464

What is the XXX number (I had a number there)

2 111.451480 2 0.5Mb 0.1ms LL Queue/DropTail Mac/Csma/Ca Channel 0 +172
-150 d2 l13 r160

What is "l" (Small L) as in l13 above?

Is the effective throughput indicated by r160?
Or is the throughput indicated by a specific number in the output?
and is "r" mean successfuly received?

What is the reliability of errormodel in ns2.0 and the lan simulations?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
