Kevin, what we have to do is to simulate fragmentation (as in say RFC1490,
e.g. large IP datagram would be fragmented into several frames) and frame
relay switches (which would be in an FR cloud). Basically a TCP source,
sink and an FR cloud in between. TCP should not be able to see the
internal FR switches. This is about it and then there is support for CIR,
setting the DE (discard eligible) bits in frames according to a
probalistic distribution, etc.

Can this be done using the existing nodes and links ?? Won't we have to
create our own new objects in C++ and OTcl ?
