hmmm... I'm not sure how you are running your scripts... but you may not 
be exiting the ns environment after each run..
so you may want to try exiting after each script, or you may want to try 
to flush out the multicast routing tables and re-initialize them using:

$ns clear-mcast
$ns run-mcast

after each script,..
