installing problem
Dear NS research group:
Had a problem with installing the NS.
The version I tried to is 2.1b2(allinone file).
The error promted looks like as follows:
checking system version (for dynamic loading)... OSF1-V4.0
No explicit static compilation flag; setting V_STATIC to ""
no dynamic load lib
checking for a BSD compatible install... /usr/bin/installbsd -c
creating ./config.status
creating Makefile
rm -f libotcl.so

Can't open: LIB (No such file or directory)

Stop.
otcl make failed! Exiting ...
Please give me some idea to fix it.
