Status of IP/UDP Network Objects ?

Hi, 

  Although nsDoc.ps says that this thing is in progress,
  I am curious to know how far IP/UDP objects (the stuff in 
  ns-2/emulate/net-ip.cc) have been implemented and 
  if anyone has a tcl script to show how they might work.
