The reason for scheduling the &intr in LL::sendto is to
unblock the queue_ for the link.
The delay in unblocking is 0.000001 in your version.
This delay was changed to   txtime(p) - delay_   in more
recent versions.
I believe that this contains a bug. The delay
should actually be txtime(p)
