ns installation under windows 95

Hello,
Please help.
I've tried to install ns under windows 95. Following your instruction I
ran into difficulties almost imediately, with an out of environment
space error running the vcvars32.bat file in c:\program
files\devstudio\vc\bin. The problems I am having are I am sure down to
my own incompetance, but please could you send me some more detailed
installation instructions.
