running DV on sets of nodes

Hi,

I am trying to simulate routing behaviors between autonomous systems.
Is it possible to run DV protocol on different sets of nodes, instead of
using all nodes (i.e. $ns rtproto DV $all_nodes)?
I would like to assign DV separately to different sets of nodes, so that
their routing decisions will not interfere.

Any help would be appreciated.
