I cannot find the ns-2.1b4 binary release for windows. The below is whatnI
found from the web page.

ns-2
     Download source: most recent release (ns-2.1b4 released 23-Oct-98) or
the daily snapshot; web page: http://www-  mash.cs.berkeley.edu/ns/.

     A (32-bit) is available for ns installation problems web page for
patches.


The link "ns installation problems web page for patches" is not working also
, could it be there?
