Hierarchical Link Sharing.

Hi NS users, 

Has anyone used NS to simulate a Hierarchical Link Sharing algorithm such
as those of Dr. Zhang and Dr. Bennet or a Class Based link sharing
algorithm as proposed by Dr. Floyd? I am trying to do precisely this and
it would help me grately if I could relate my work with someone who is
doing something similar.
