OTcl Tutorial

Hi, everyone.

I am not familiar with OTcl and I think I should read more on it in
order to work better with ns. I think the OTcl Tutorial in "Marc Greis's
tutorial web pages" is helpful but I can not get it since my proxy do
not support FTP. Could anyone please do me a favor to download it and
