Please make sure that tclsh is in your path, especially if you only have
tcl8.0 installed in your ns-allinone. If you are using csh/tcsh you can
do something like:

$ setenv PATH ~/ns-allinone-2.1b4a/tcl8.0/unix:${PATH}
