cd ns/tcl/lib
grep packetSize_ *

look in ns-default.tcl, for starters. Also ns-source.tcl for Agent/CBR
for some reason I can't figure out.

everything down to IP, anyway. Presumably ethernet MAC headers etc
aren't included.
