We will have a new ns release by the end of feb. It will include
cmu's mobility code and Sun's mobileIP. You also can try ns-snapshot. 
The mobility support is already there.

You can use nam to animate mobileIP so far.
CMU's mobility code provides some new trace output. However, you can not
animate these output by nam.
