I didn't see an announcement from John on this list, but I see the ns
web page now links to:

http://mash.cs.berkeley.edu/cgi-bin/cvsweb

it's a useful read-only web view of the various CVS trees for:
 nam-1
 ns-2
 ns-doc
 otcl
 tclcl

...as well as variants of tcl and tk 8.0 for the MASH project and
other not-awfully-relevant stuff. 

Well worth a look for tracking why things change.
