Problem in installing ns-allinone-2.1b5.

Hi,

I am trying to compile ns-allinone-2.1b5 on Linux. The installation exits
in the middle saying that 
    File 'tclsh' has modification time in the future
    File 'tclAppInit.o' has modification time in the future
    File 'tclAppInit.c' has modification time in the future
    tcl8.0.4 installation failed! Exiting ...

There are many other Files along with the three specified above
which are having the same problem ( modification time in the future ).

Could anyone suggest some solution to this please ?

I have tried downloading tcl8.0 separately from it's web site but the
problem still persists.

Any pointers in the direction are welcome.
