patch for wireless sims

The patch for running wireless simulations using DSR routing has been
posted at: http://www-mash.CS.Berkeley.EDU/ns/ns-problems.html

It should be available tomorrow (after midnight).
Note that this patch is intended to be temporary and should be replaced by
the snapshot (which would be having fixes for both dsr & dsdv).

All comments/feedbacks/questions are very welcome.
