R: Another problem instaling Ns-2 under Win98!

Haobo,
first of all thanks for your help (and for your patience!) but, please,
continue helping me becouse I really need installing Ns-2 from sources and
I'm having a lot of problems...

The path to tcl/tk library is set up correctly (win\Release) and I built Tcl
and Tk with no problem, so I don't understand why it can't resolve those
external references! What's the problem?
