Question in installing ns

Hi,

I try to install the ns-allinone-2.1b4 in IRIX 6.5 SGI.

I untar the file, and get nerate a directory called
ns-allinone-2.1b4

The files in this directory are:
cweb  gt-itm  install  nam-1  ns-2  otcl  sgb  tcl8.0  tclcl  tk8.0  xgraph

I execute ./install in this directory.

After about 40 minutes, the installation failed.
The information is as following:

can not find tclbox/lib/libtcl8.0.a FAILED

What shall I do ?
