Questions about trace file in NS.

Hello,Everyone:
     I read an example script of Tcl named tg.tcl recently.The script lies in the directory of ns-2.1b5\tcl\ex.It attaches a trace file to a agentAgent/CBR/UDP.The name of the trace file is example-trace.In Mr Greis'tutorial page I know the format of the trace file.It includes many records.Each record cosists of two 32-bit fields:the first is the interval until the next package arrives,the second is the size of the package.I have two questions here:1.I made a program in C to see the content of the trace file--example-trace.And I run the script.But in nam,I found the agent didn't send package as the trace file showed.2.In the script,there are altogether two agent attached to the same trace file.But the two agent didn't send package synchronically.I am puzzled about this. Thanks in advance.
