search capability for ns web pages, ns-users archive, html ns manual

The ns web pages are now indexed nightly.

This index includes the full text of ns-users and the HTML'ized manual.

By including "ns-users" as one of the search words you can search
the mailing list.

There have been occational problems where searches are successful but
don't display the results.  (If anyone's seen this from htdig before,
please let me know.)
