about TCP initial window test suite.

Hi,

   Can anyone help me with this particular test suite named
"test-suite-tcp-init-win.tcl" which is in the ns/tcl/test directory ?

where do you change the window size( from 2 to 3 or 4) in the code??
does the window size change automatically??
i would like to calculate the delay in transmitting the data from the
source to the sink for different initial window sizes. can i do that
from the test suite??
