The latest version of ns would be the daily snapshot.

says that haldar added that script on the 4th of May, and then you've
got to wait for that daily build of ns to appear that night for the
5th...

Having the frozen 4 May snapshot available on:
http://www-mash.cs.berkeley.edu/ns/ns-build.html

just confuses things IMO, even more so than the old
tclcl-src-current.tar.gz of 27 Sep 1998 in the dist/vint directory.

thinks http://www-mash.cs.berkeley.edu/ns/ is much improved with the
lists, but needs a can't-miss search form near top.
