ns-all-in-one installation problem

Hi,
I am trying to install ns-allinone-2.1b4 on a Linux box that has
Redhat 6.0 kernel. It fails while installing tcl8.0. I had it 
installed on Redhat 5.2, and I did not have this problem ( as far
as I remember). 

I get the following error:

Any idea? Please let me know what I am doing wrong.
