HELP on ns

Dear sir ,
i'm a windows 95 user . i downloaded the binary code for windows of the 
network simulator . i didint know to run a script file with extension tcl .
for example how to run a file name wireless.tcl from the prompt   %  .
please tell me how to find this information . i have read the ns-man.html and
the ns notes and documentation.ps and i didnt know how to run these file .
when entering for example :
% ns wireless.tcl
a unable to dispatch the method message appear .
