Hi,
	Say I start a TCP connection at time = 0.0 seconds, that at 20 sec
I stop the simulation(not TCP), now my question how does that TCP
connection terminates, will there be a gracefull termination by sending
FIN and moving to FIN_WAIT_1 and etc.. ??
