Ns installation problem

GoodDAY,
	I have following problem during the installation,I would be glad
if you able to help me during your free time .

	I have Unzip all the componets ( Ns2,oTcl,Tcl,Tk and Tclcl). When
i run "./configure" in Tclcl and ns2 directory the following error message
appear " installation of oTcl seen incomplete, correct the problem or
--with-otcl-no and rerun "
	I can find this particular problem in the web page. 

I check the oTcl is install correctly

And also i have changed the code to --with-octl-no rerun.
