List sched. doesn't "go backwards"

I'd like to apologize to the readers of the NS Users mailing list--

This past Monday (August 16) I posted a message regarding NS "going
backwards in time" and said that I had experienced this "going
backwards" behavior with the List and Calendar schedulers, but not with
the Heap scheduler.  I later realized that I unintentionally condemned
the List scheduler, and have not in fact experienced the List scheduler
"going backwards."
