can't find X Includes

Hi all,

I'm trying to compile ns-allinone-2.1b5. When it comes to configuring 
otcl-1.0a4 the following message appears :

...
checking for tk.h... 
-I/home/mark/nsall/ns-allinone-2.1b5/otcl-1.0a4/../tk8.0.4/generic
checking for libtk8.0... -L/usr/lib -ltk8.0
checking for tk.tcl... 
/home/mark/nsall/ns-allinone-2.1b5/otcl-1.0a4/../tk8.0.4/library
checking for X11 header files
can't find X includes

I'm running RedHat Linux v6 on an Intel machine. I'm pretty sure that the 
X11 development libraries are installed. The config.log file gives :

configure:1256: gcc -o conftest -g -O2   conftest.c -lXbsd  1>&5
/usr/bin/ld: cannot open -lXbsd: No such file or directory

as one of the errors.

Can anyone help ?
