help on ns

Dear sir ,
i have download and suceesfully installed the all in one package of ns-2 on a
red hat linux 5.1 . the all in one pakkage file is ns-2.1b5.tar.gz . i dont
know if this file includes the cmu wireless and mobile extensions for ns-2 or
not , if not i had downloaded the cmu-extensions for ns but i need to know now
to build it with the installed ns .
please provide me with the steps for that .
