validate problems?

Hi all,

I've compiled the ns-allinone-2.1b5 on a BSDI 4.01 platform.
After struggling a bit with shared libraries, etc., I've managed to get
the ns simulator compiled. 
While running the validate script, I've got the following errors:

Can anyone give me a hint of what might be the problem?
