Procedure "finish" ?

Is the procedure "finish" a procedure that the Tcl
interpreter will call each time implicitely before
ending executing the program ?

  I found some code don't explicitely call it but it
was obviously executed according to the result.  For
example, Sally Floyd's test-suite.tcl
