Csma/Cd in ns

Hi folks,

I used the make-lan command to create a lan of 4 nodes with the mac type
as Mac/Csma/Cd , but it failed to work. It complained : invalid command
name :Mac/Csma/Cd. But when I checked the c++ files - mac-csma.cc and .h
file , I could'nt find anything wrong with the implementation. 

Could you please help me in fixing this bug. I use the ns-2.1b5 version.
