I just downloaded the snapshot and tried to compile it. I got the same
warnings. After a little investigation I found that tclcl has been
updated, and the latest version of tclcl-config.h doesn't have HAVE_INT64
installed. So, I think that this problem is probably fixed if you download
and compile all the latest components - if you don't want to do this,
then I'd guess that warning shouldn't cause any problems.
