Hello,
     I just find some time and read the source code about refreshing.
I think I understand something about refreshing in RSVP/ns.
    "refresh()" is be executed by "at" of ns. The "at" has been called 
in "reschedule_session" function in rsvp.cc.
    As for your another question about "leaf node", I have not thought 
about it. For me, I am more interested in unicast situation.
If I find something about "leaf node", I will discuss with you.
