CMUTrace not for EXPO sources (until now)

Hi,

There are a couple of problems with the CMUTrace modules:
1) they are not configured for exponential/pareto sources, so this kind of
packet go to a default error message; however,
2) cmu-trace.h (and dem.h) includes the definition of
"__PRETTY_FUNCTION__", which, somewhy, is defined as a ((const char *) 0),
so when the error message is displayed (first the string
__PRETTY_FUNCTION__ is supposed to be displayed) it crashes the
Workstation.

Hope no one else has had to deal with this...

It is relatively easy to include the definition for expo or any other
packet type in cmu-trace.cc.
